Our philosophy

The fish we propose is wild, caught with the network or with the line in the North Atlantic,North-East Atlantic, North Sea, Mediterranean Sea, Adriatic Sea, and in some cases, certified organic farms.

The flour we use for making pasta and bread come from Piedmont, « Mulino Marino », and is stone ground.

The bread and breadsticks are homemade, such as fresh pasta, desserts and pastries.

We buy only the raw material, everything is cooked and prepared by our hands and our hearts.

All recipes are orignal.

In many of our preparations is ruled out the use of dairy products and derived.

Many of our dishes are GLUTEN FREE.
